Accessible websites allow all users to view the information you want to present.

Sites designed in an accessible way enable visually-impaired users to access your sites content through screen-reading software which reads out your site to the user.

Other users may wish to apply their own format to the page, changing for example the text colour, or adding a yellow background to aid their reading.

Creating the site in a way in which this is possible is something we strive to achieve, and we aim to validate all of our sites to the latest accessibility standards.

Other accessibility considerations include providing alternative content fro users on slower internet connections, such as those still using dial-up connections.

The other accessibility consideration is whether your site is available to all of the popular web browsers, including Firefox, Internet Explorer and Apple's Safari.
